Amanda is having her NHS assembly tonight.
I may go shop for something new for her to wear today.

We worked on setting up the new trampoline last night.
It's very sturdy.
It was also very complicated!

I made a new recipe last night.
It was calzones.
I think everyone like them pretty well.

I have a lot to do today.
I need to clean, cook and do Melody's hair.
Hopefully I'll get it all done!

Did you watch the big give last night?
It was pretty interesting.
I'm not an oprah fan, but the show was good.

Bailey wants to go rent Juno.
I haven't seen it.
I wonder if it's good.

I weighed this morning.
I am down about 16 pounds now.
My clothes are beginning to get loose.
At 6'1" it takes about 20 to lose a size.

How about American Idol?
I watched a little of American Idol and I have one thought...
I think Brook would have been better if she had not played the piano herself and concentrated more on her singing...

dinner last night...

I made taco salad last night for dinner.
I was in a hurry and it was quick and easy.
I made taco meat, cooked a can of ranch style beans and then layered it on chips.
I had bought a container of spring lettuce at Sams. Everyone enjoyed it.

Time to get Amanda ready for prom.
We have to get her hair fixed.
So many jobs for this one mom.

I'm trying to decide what to cook tonight.
Rachel Ray is making a pasta that looks good.
I'm thinking breakfast food though.

It is raining so much today.
Me and Izzy both got soaking wet while taking her to school.
I like rain, but not when I'm out in it.

I've been cooking all week.
So, tonight is going to be Arby's roast beef!
I'll throw some veggies in for health :)

chicken ...
3 large chicken breasts, cut in half and then sliced down the middle.
I took feta cheese and crumbled bacon and mixed them together.
I stuffed this mixture into the chicken pockets.
Using a toothpick to seal.
Covered with large can of petite diced tomatoes.
Some seasonings....
crock pot for the afternoon.
voila, dinner!

I just bought a new microwave. Matt recently (well in the last year) broke the start button. It still worked and there was another button to start it but it really annoyed me!!!
