dinner tonight

chicken ...
3 large chicken breasts, cut in half and then sliced down the middle.
I took feta cheese and crumbled bacon and mixed them together.
I stuffed this mixture into the chicken pockets.
Using a toothpick to seal.
Covered with large can of petite diced tomatoes.
Some seasonings....
crock pot for the afternoon.
voila, dinner!
